During my brief stay in Santiago, I linked up with a fashion designer named Poblo. I was in Providencia browsing at the clothing and the shops and such, and I walked into a shop called D' La Cepa which happened to be his. We got to talking about the fashion scene in Santiago, and I found out that not only is he a designer, but a chef. Very fitting! D' LA CEPA means "from the wine". Apparently in Santiago urban tribes are becoming more and more popular in the streets. The youth is starting to identify more with their clothing, and moving from "mainstream" to more individual and unique styles.

Future for D' La Cepa: Folk/Street fusion-denim, knits, weaves, felt, linen and some hip-hop.
Personal Philosophy: Good food, good wine, good fashion.
Start: Began designing clothing for himself, and then for others.
Training: Graphic Design, Culinary Arts
